The Beginning
Our Story
Volleyume was born from a simple belief: professional volleyball belongs in the Midwest. Based in the Quad Cities — specifically Bettendorf, Iowa — Volleyume competes in the Volleyball League of America (VLA), bringing world-class athletic talent and electrifying competition to a region hungry for high-level sports.
The name "Volleyume" is a fusion of volleyball and volume — a call to turn up the energy, the intensity, and the passion for the sport. Our tagline, "Pump Up the Volleyume," captures the spirit of what we bring to every court we step onto.

The Quad Cities metropolitan area straddles the Iowa-Illinois border along the Mississippi River, encompassing Davenport and Bettendorf in Iowa, and Rock Island and Moline in Illinois. With a combined population of over 380,000, the Quad Cities is a vibrant community with deep roots in sports, culture, and industry.
